Cylinder Liner

Cylinder Liner set for high tune SR20DET. SR20 engines have aluminium block which are not strong enough to withstand the conditions for high power tuning. These sleeves can provide the necessary strength and has been designed to match the piston rings in the most efficient manner possible. For maximum results, HKS recommend using SR20DET 2.2L kit (21004-AN001) with this product. Compatible with both 86mm and 87mm pistons for flexible application.

Oil Pump Upgrade

As boost pressure rises and combustion increases, crank journals and main journal clearances tend to move and decrease. Also when used in motorsport applications such as drag racing, where the maximum engine speed (rpm) is raised over standard, oil starvation can occur in various parts of the engine causing damage or failure. HKS Oil Pumps have reviewed the design with particular attention to the rotor to increase oil flow to ensure correct oil flow throughout the engine. New improved design now includes adjustable oil relief pressure.
